Lucía

Booking agent · Bogotá, Colombia

Lucía replies, checks your calendar, and books the appointment.

She answers your WhatsApp and phone at any hour, with your real calendar in front of her. She never invents openings or prices.

LucíaliveHi! I'm Lucía. Write like one of your clients would: I'm working a demo practice's real calendar.

↳ a real demo calendar — she only offers free hours

The demo is real — your turn

Four numbers you can check, and where each comes from:

1–3s
Time to reply

Measured on this page's demo: 0.7 s to greet, 1–3.6 s when checking the calendar.

24/7
When she works

She has no schedule: the schedule she respects is YOUR business's, and she only offers hours inside it.

100%
Of the conversation, audited

Every message, every calendar lookup, and every appointment is stored and readable in the panel.

2
Channels, same criteria

WhatsApp and phone. Calls are a separate add-on, with the same calendar and the same rules.

An ordinary day

What she does while you're with a client.

She doesn't wait for the usual question: she works your calendar, and knows when it's not her call.

  1. 6:40 a.m.

    She replies before you open

Someone writes on their commute. She introduces herself, asks for consent, and offers that week's free hours.

  2. 11:15 a.m.

The phone rings and she picks up

With the calls add-on she answers out loud: same criteria, same calendar.

  3. 2:30 p.m.

    A complaint: she steps aside

“It still hurts.” She doesn't improvise a clinical answer: she escalates, emails your team, and goes quiet.

  4. 7:50 p.m.

    She rescues the half-made booking

Someone asked in the afternoon and never confirmed. Lucía picks it back up once, not five times.

  5. 11:20 p.m.

She books with the practice closed

The appointment is created in your calendar for tomorrow. When you open, it's already there — and the whole conversation is in the panel.

Your appointment is set: cleaning tomorrow at 10:00 for Carolina Restrepo. See you at Calle 93 #14-20.

The times are illustrative. Everything she does here is what she does today, and it can be shown running.

How it works

Three steps, and you take none of them.

  1. 01 / 03

    Your client writes or calls

The same number as always, at any hour. She introduces herself as a virtual assistant and asks for data consent first.

  2. 02 / 03

She checks YOUR calendar, not a copy

She offers only hours that are genuinely free. If your system doesn't answer, she says so: she never invents an opening.

  3. 03 / 03

The appointment is booked and audited

It's created in your calendar and the whole conversation is stored: what was said, what she looked up, what she wrote. If there's a complaint, an emergency, or a price question, she emails your team and stays quiet until someone replies.

No black box

What happens between one message and the next.

The same mechanism to book, to move, and to step aside. All of it on the record.

And you see all of it

  • Law 1581

In Colombia the data notice comes first, and the answer is time-stamped.

  • Encrypted

Your credentials are encrypted and bound to your business.

  • Auditable

Not a summary: the transcript, with every calendar lookup.

  • Access & deletion

Your client can request their data or its deletion, executed from the panel.

Product ruleIf Lucía doesn't know something, she says so and hands the conversation to your team. She won't guess an opening, negotiate a price, or pass for a person.

Plans

Billed per conversation handled, with a monthly allowance. The price is agreed on a call.

01

A single practice

One WhatsApp number, one calendar, one schedule. Lucía replies, books, and escalates to your team when needed.

02

Several chairs at once

When two or three people work in parallel, the calendar knows: Lucía offers the slots that are genuinely left, not those of a single chair.

03

Several locations

Each location with its own number, schedule, and services; the owner logs in once and switches location from the panel.

04

What every plan includes

There's no cut-down Lucía. What changes between plans is the size of the operation.

Questions

What everyone asks.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers from a script; Lucía checks your calendar before speaking and WRITES to it. If your system doesn't answer, she says she can't confirm instead of inventing a slot — which is exactly the failure that makes a client show up with no appointment.

Does she pretend to be a person?

No, and it isn't configurable. She identifies herself as a virtual assistant from the first message, and if asked whether she's human, she says so plainly. It's a product rule, not a preference.

What if she gets something wrong with a patient?

Faced with a complaint, an emergency, or a price she doesn't have configured, she doesn't answer: she escalates, emails your team, and leaves that conversation alone until a person handles it. She'd rather fall short than invent.

Can she move or cancel an appointment?

With Lucía's built-in calendar, yes: she moves or cancels it herself, after checking that whoever asks owns that appointment. With Google Calendar and AgendaPro your team does it from the panel, with the same hours she offers — those systems can't tell whose each appointment is, and Lucía won't touch one without that check.

Do I have to change calendars?

No. She connects to Google Calendar or AgendaPro, and if you use neither, she brings her own. What we won't do is ask you to move your operation to another system so we can sell you this.

Does she answer phone calls too?

Yes, as a separate add-on: same criteria and same calendar, out loud. It's enabled business by business and billed per minute on top of the plan.

What happens to my patients' data?

In Colombia, each person gets the Law 1581 notice before Lucía says anything, and their answer is time-stamped. Your business credentials are stored encrypted, and anyone who asks can receive their data or have it deleted.

How much does it cost?

Billing is per conversation handled, with a monthly allowance included, and the price depends on the size of your operation. We don't publish it yet: we'd rather look at it with you on a short call than give you a figure that doesn't fit your case.

Can I try her with my own calendar?

Yes, though it isn't self-service yet: we connect it for you. Write to us, we'll look at which calendar you use, and set her up with your number.
